Shipping Info

— Where do you ship from?

We ship from two locations: Brazil (CD’s and Boxsets) and Germany (Vinyl and certain CD titles).

— How is my order sent?

Air Mail. Packages containing boxsets, special editions, vinyl or 3+ CD's are always sent registered.

— When will my order ship?

We normally ship orders within 72 hours. Please, allow some extra days if your order includes a boxset or special edition. Each limited item is carefully revised and packed before leaving.

— How long will take for my order to arrive?

Once your order has shipped out from our headquarters, it normally takes between 2-8 WEEKS to arrive, depending on where you live. Transit times are sometimes unpredictable. Feel free to get in touch anytime if you have questions or concerns.

— I ordered a pre-order item along with my other items. When will my order ship?

We tend to avoid pre-orders. Anyway, in that case your order will ship out once the pre-order item is available. Please, take note of the estimated shipping date for your pre-order item.

— Can I get a shipping confirmation for my order?

Absolutely. We always send a notification when your order ships.

— Is there a way to track my order?

We can certainly provide you a tracking number if your order contains a boxset, special edition, vinyl or 3+ CD's as they are always sent registered. Just ask for it.

Return Policy

We will accept returns if your item is defective and gladly replace it with the exact same item only.
